Report requests outside of the requirements of your GP Treatment Plan and Cosmetic Readiness Assessment: charged by the hour and a retainer of 50% is payable to commence the process, with the remaining 50% being payable at the completion of the report.

Payment is by card only and is required at the beginning of your appointment.

You will be emailed a receipt for you to process your own rebate. An easy way for you to process your own rebate is through Medicare Express https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/how-to-download-and-set-up-express-plus-medicare-mobile-app?context=37386#a1

I allocate 50 minutes for each session. Within my sessions, I practice respectful relationship’s and although there may be times during your session, that you may feel emotionally vulnerable, I do not condone aggressive behaviour or verbal abuse.

Please note that there may be times where the session prior to your session, may run over the scheduled time. I will not be able to inform you as to why the previous session ran over, however please be assured that you will receive your full 50 minute session.

Private health insurance companies may offer partial rebates as supplemental coverage for psychological counselling. It is advised that you confirm with your insurance company your level of coverage.

1 business day (12-24 hours) notice: Full fee

1-2 business days (24-48 hours) notice: 50% fee unless rescheduling within the same week*

*If there are no appointments available/suitable – you may be offered a telehealth afterhours appointment depending upon the availability of Raquel

Note: Business days do not include Saturdays and Sundays. Public Holidays are not deemed business days’. Cancellations must be received during business hours before 12pm.

Although I will make every effort to remind you when your plan is due to expire, please understand that this is your responsibility to manage. Please discuss the expiry date of your plan with your GP.
